Welcome to Troop 345! We’re excited to have you and your Scout join our troop family. To help you get started, we’ve put together everything you need as a new parent — from our Parent Handbook (a guide to how the troop runs and what to expect), to the Scout Shop (where you can order uniforms, handbooks, and gear), and the required Medical Forms your Scout will need to go camping and participate in outdoor adventures. Scouting is a journey filled with learning, growth, and fun, and we’re here to support you and your Scout every step of the way!

New Parent Handbook
The Troop 345 Parent Handbook is your complete guide to understanding how our troop works and how you can support your Scout on their journey. Inside, you’ll find everything you need to know to feel confident and connected as a Scouting parent.

Troop 345 welcome packet.pdfEach Scout and Adult Leader is required to complete a BSA Medical Form every year. This helps us ensure everyone’s safety and preparedness for all Scouting activities.
In addition, we ask parents to fill out a Scout Information Sheet for their Scout. This form helps our leaders get to know each Scout better and make sure they are on the right path to a positive and successful Scouting journey.
