Meet Mr. Tom – Our Scoutmaster
Mr. Tom is the Scoutmaster of Troop 345 and proudly an Eagle Scout. He serves as the guiding leader of our Scouts, working directly with the youth to help them build leadership skills, discover adventure in the outdoors, and grow through service and personal development. Alongside the Assistant Scoutmasters, Mr. Tom provides mentorship and support, ensuring that every Scout has the opportunity to learn, achieve, and succeed on their Scouting journey.

Troop 345 is fortunate to have a dedicated team of Assistant Scoutmasters who support our Scouts and Scoutmaster in building a strong, active program. Each brings their own experience, leadership, and commitment to helping Scouts grow and succeed.

Behind every great troop is a strong committee. The Troop 345 Committee provides the support and structure that make our program possible. They handle planning, organization, fundraising, and resources, ensuring that Scouts and leaders can focus on the adventure of Scouting.
