The Order of the Arrow (OA) is the National Honor Society of Scouting, made up of Scouts and leaders who live the values of the Scout Oath and Law every day. Being elected into OA is one of the highest honors a Scout can achieve—it means your fellow Scouts see you as a role model in leadership, service, and cheerful spirit.
